Just to get everyone introduced in the forum, I've created a little game. Simply post your name, your favorite Chinese food, and tell us if you can make it from scratch or not.

I'll start it off...

My name is Lila Voo, and I actually have two favorite Chinese foods. The first is Jiaozi which are potstickers, and my second favorite is Egg Drop soup. I know these two seem a bit odd, but they remind me of when I was young. My dad would make both of these sometimes for lunch and they would be delicious! And can I make these from scratch?--You Bet!--Now let me hear yours....
